Chris Bianco's beloved Pizzeria Bianco has closed its doors in Tucson, but do not worry, his pizza is not leaving Wildcats country for long.
The location on Congress Street between Fifth and Arizona avenues "wasn't quite right for us," said Managing Partner Seth Sulka in an email. The location reportedly shut down over the weekend.
"We have been looking for other locations in Tucson for the past several months and would love to find the right space," Sulka said.
Until a new space is selected, pizza-aficionados can enjoy Bianco's pizza at special events where their mobile pizza oven is present, he said.

There are two Pizzeria Bianco locations in Phoenix, which is located less than two hours northwest of Tucson. One is located in downtown Phoenix's Heritage Square, 623 E. Adams Street. (If there is a wait, you can check out Bar Bianco next door). The other is located at 4743 N. 20th Street.
