A man who went missing from an assisted living center in Tucson back on July 20 has been found safe.
Police say someone had been trying to financially exploit 68-year-old David Read, and they believed he was with that person.
Tucson Police and the U.S. Marshals determined Read was in Florida with 60-year-old Christy Randolph. They Randolph and Read at a home in Deltona, Florida.
Randolph is being charged with domestic violence, kidnapping, and theft.
Officials at the living center say Read functions at a 10 to 12-year-old level and needed medications.
