TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Detectives are asking for help from the public in locating a man they believe approached two young girls in separate incidents.

On April 19, deputies with the Pima County Sheriff's Department responded to Pistor Middle School for reports of a man who approached an 11-year-old girl, said Deputy Courtney Rodriguez.

The man asked an 11-year-old to get his car near Cardinal Ave. and Drexel Rd.

The girl immediately walked away and told her family, said Rodriguez.

The man was described as a Hispanic man in his 20's, last seen wearing a black baseball hat, driving a white older model four-door passenger car with damage to the rear.

In March of this year, a similar incident occurred where a man approached a 15-year-old female near Camino Verde and Drexel Rd. and exposed himself, said Rodriguez.

The suspect in this incident is described as a Hispanic man in his 20's, with a beard and gauges in both ears. The vehicle was described as a white car with damage.

Detectives believe that the same suspect is involved in both cases, said Rodriguez.

Anyone with information about either of these incidents is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME immediately.
