Crews broke ground on City Park in downtown Tucson on Thursday.

The $18 million building will feature Tucson's first food hall, a collection of restaurants from local chefs.

City Park will also have a bowling alley, live entertainment venues, and office lofts.

The building will have concrete floors and ceilings, exposed ductwork and tall ceilings.

More than 400 employees will work at the building.

Construction is expected to be finished next year.
