Drowning is the leading cause of injury-related deaths among children between one and four years old, according to the Tucson Fire Department.

With temperatures continuing to rise, TFD wants to remind parents to watch their kids around the pool.

Parents have a lot to keep up with now that the school year is coming to an end, and it only takes one second for your child to wander outside.

In April, there were three near-drownings in Tucson, according to TFD.
