Southern Arizona will see an increase in moisture, bringing a slight chance for thunderstorms Friday and Saturday.
Storm timing will likely be in the afternoon and evening hours.
While a few thunderstorms could make it as far west as Tucson, the best chance of showers and storms will be in areas east of Tucson and near the mountains.
Some high based storms could bring strong outflow winds and lightning.
