You probably recognize him from being on reality TV and know his wife, TV star Giuliana Rancic was diagnosed with cancer but what we haven't seen is what that life was like when they heard the news. Bill Rancic says they were shocked and thrown into the life of fighting for her life. Now after being cancer free for 7 years, he has decided to fight a new fight, to help find a cure for the disease and come up with solutions to make life for those with cancer.
