Wellness – the goal of achieving health in mind and body – is something to strive for. An active lifestyle, healthy diet, positive outlook and quality time with family and friends all contribute to this goal. But too many of us forget to incorporate wellness into our homes! According to a recent survey on home wellness, a whopping 99% of Americans said that achieving a healthy home was important, but 64% say their home isn’t as healthy as they’d like. Most Americans (61%) believe outdoor pollution is worse than inside their homes, but according to estimates from the Environmental Protection Agency, indoor air quality is up to five times more polluted.
