About María Teresa Kumar and the Voto Latino Foundation
María Teresa Kumar is President & CEO of Voto Latino which she co-founded with actress Rosario Dawson. She serves as a Board Member of the Voto Latino Foundation and is a graduate of Harvard’s Kennedy School. The Voto Latino Foundation is a 501(c)3 dedicated to registering Latinx voters and encouraging civic participation while making sure Latinx voices are heard. They have registered more than one million Latinx voters since they were founded 15 years ago.
