Dr. Sophie Jacob graduated from Palmer College in 1996. She is a second generation Chiropractor. She is married to her husband Jim Twomey for 11 years, and has a son.

Dr. Jacob initially established practiced in her hometown of Quebec City, Canada. She operated 2 practices for a total of 4 years.

In the spring of 2000, Dr. Jacob moved to beautiful Tucson for a new start in a much warmer climate!

In her 20 years of practice, Dr. Jacob’s vision and purpose is to restore people’s health and extend their life.

She facilitates optimal nervous system function using the 6 steps to wellness where she has been trained by some of the best Doctor in the Profession. Dr. Jacob provides chiropractic care, structural rehabilitation, nutrition counseling, natural hormone balancing, toxin elimination, extremity adjusting (feet, knees, shoulders, elbows). Dr. Jacob is also the author of her own book called the “Chiropractic Way to Health”.

Dr. Jacob has been involved doing clinical nutrition and has helped her patients with weight issues from the beginning of her career.
