Trio, Arizona’s only HUD-approved lease-to-own homeownership program provides affordable financing for qualified Arizona residents.Trio is designed for potential homeowners ranging from first-time buyers to small business owners to those recovering from a financial or other setback. We have teamed up with Family Housing Resources, a local nonprofit with the same goal, on a homebuying event on September 23rd at 6:00pm MST. The online event is to introduce Trio to those currently renting but wanting to move towards homeownership.
