The co-owner says she can't pay for her house for a couple months because she wanted to be sure to keep her employees.
Co-owner Pat Palomarez said "I wanted to make sure I had money to pay my employees that were staying here and took the sacrifices they did with us...You find out a lot of who your family and friends are during this whole time of the crisis, and we had a lot. We were very, very, very fortunate."
Little Mexico Steakhouse is open everyday except Tuesday's from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. and located at 2851 West Valencia Road.
They also have Little Mexico Restaurant located at 698 West Irvington.
