GLENDALE, AZ — A man is dead and three others, including a juvenile, are hurt after a shooting Saturday in Glendale.
Just after 10 p.m., police were called to the area of 51st and Glendale avenues for reports of a shooting.
When they arrived they located three victims. They were all taken to a hospital where one of them died.
Family identified the man killed in Saturday night's shooting as 20-year-old Demone Wilson.
On Monday, officials said a 21-year-old man and the juvenile male remain in critical condition, while another 21-year-old man is in stable condition.
Family and friends put together a memorial for Wilson just 24 hours after they say he was shot and killed in a parking lot where an event was being held nearby. They left balloons, flowers and candles in his memory, saying he was very loved and will be missed.
Family tells ABC15 that Demone was a son, brother and uncle who loved football and music. He lost his life just one week before his 20th birthday.
Family says he was planning on attending an event Saturday night when a shooting apparently broke out, before he could make it inside. An owner of The Block Recording Studio tells us it happened in the front parking lot of their business.
Glendale police say the investigation is ongoing as they continue looking for the suspect.
