More companies are ditching degree requirements

If you're in the workforce without a college degree, some lucrative doors may have just opened up for you.

Dozens of companies including Google, Apple and IBM are ditching their degree requirements.

The move is seen as an effort to improve diversity and make it easier for people who don't take the traditional college path to get hired.

It's yet another sign that this tight employment market is a friendly place for job seekers.

According to glassdoor.com, here's a list of companies that do not require a degree.
