Yuma police are calling an apartment fire on Monday, arson.
Flames that destroyed an entire complex and damaged nearby homes were made on purpose.
Police say two people jumped a fence and set the fire at the Mesa Heights Apartments. The apartments were not occupied because they were under construction.
No one was injured and officers do not know the motive for setting this fire.
