TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - What do you do if you're still waiting for your W-2?
First, contact your employer to ask when it was mailed.
If it was mailed, it may have been returned because of a wrong address.
If you still have not received your W2 by February 14, contact the IRS at (800) 829-1040. They will ask you for the following:
- Name, address, social security and phone number
- Your employers name, address, phone number and date of emplyment
