A man who used a cellphone to take a picture under a woman's skirt has been sentenced to three years of probation.
Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department say 19-year-old Judah Jordan took a picture under a woman's skirt at a Wal-Mart in April.
Jordan received three years probation on sex offender caseload, he did not have to register as a sex offender Monday but the court retains jurisdiction over that matter, according to a court spokesperson.
Jordan was arrested for the incident on September 13.
He was booked into jail on one charge of Surreptitious Recording, a class 5 felony.
