TUCSON, Ariz. -- Multiple school districts, including Tucson Unified, are suing Juul over its involvement in the teen vaping epidemic.

During the TUSD Board meeting on Tuesday, members voted to support the lawsuit. The resolution passed in a 4-to-1 vote. Board Member Rachael Sedgwick was the only one who voted against it.

"The Tucson Unified School District expresses its support of this litigatio,n and the actions of our fellow ASBA member districts, in leading the fight against JUUL and it's irresponsible actions to promote youth vaping," said Board Member Kristel Foster.

TUSD says Juul is being irresponsible in promoting nicotine products to teenagers.
