Staff Sgt. Kevin McEnroe was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday.
The Tucson native was killed at a Jordanian air base last month.
McEnroe was in a convoy approaching the base when they came under attack. He and two other Army Green Beret's were killed.
The 30-year-old Green Beret attended Esperero Canyon Middle School before leaving Arizona for high school.
McEnroe served more than eight years in the Army, it was his third tour overseas.
