A Tucson man convicted of sexual assault was sentenced Monday.
Garcia will serve 59 years for his various crimes.
In December, a jury found Abraham Antonio Garcia guilty of sexual assault, kidnapping, and aggravated assault. He was arrested in March 2016.
Police say Garcia went up to a mother with her baby, held a gun to her head, and then forced to her a nearby path where he assaulted her about two years ago on the south side. The baby was not hurt.
