American Airlines and the Arizona Chapter of the Dream Factory are helping make a Tucson girl's dreams take flight.

Mei Li is an 11-year-old girl who has tumors on her brain and spine.

She and her family will get a break from the hospital for six days while on an all-expense paid trip to Disney World.

"The Dream Factory is providing our family a trip to Orlando to Disney World and the theme parks to give kids the world. So this is their way of sending Mei Li off on her her grand adventure," said Lisa Chuinard, Mei's mother.

The Dream Factory held a special send-off for Mei Li and her family at Tucson International Airport on Thursday.

Elsa and Anna from "Frozen" were there and she got gift cards, toys and an iPad.
