A local chef and this year's Iron Chef winner, Travis Peters from The Parish, created a dish just in time for Monsoon.
Dubbed "Monsoon storm cloud eggs," Peters made the dish using a salt cured yolk, lightly toasted Bario bread, Guajillo chile sauce, arugula caviar, Maldon salt, parmesan crisp and chicharoon dust.
The dish resembles that of the storms seen from June to August. The egg resembles a storm cloud and the toasted bread is cut in the shape of lightning bolts.
