A collision involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck at the intersection of South 6th Avenue and East Ajo Way is causing traffic restrictions.
According to TPD, the intersection is closed in all four directions.
Sgt. Dugan with TPD says two people were on the motorcycle when the collision occurred. Both riders were thrown from the motorcycle and have since been transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The truck fled the scene after the collision. Police have since located the truck and believe to have found the driver.
There is no estimated time for when the roads will reopen.
