Sailors, Marines, and their families filled the Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center for a special ceremony this afternoon to honor and promote Marines, and sailors who live and work in Tucson.
Thirteen people were promoted to a new rank today.
Representative Martha McSally addressed the importance of recognizing reservists and told the room she has their back in Congress.
