Thanksgiving foods your pets shouldn't eat

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Thanksgiving is a time for family, friends, and food. But not everything on the dinner plate at Thanksgiving dinner is safe for our pet friends.

Our friends at Pima Paws for Life, want you to remember not to feed certain leftovers to your fur babies:

  • Turkey skin, drippings, and gravy
  • Turkey twine
  • Turkey bones
  • Corn on the cob
  • Onions and garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Raisins and grapes
  • Sage
  • Fat trimmings and fatty foods
  • Bread dough
  • Chocolate
  • Alcohol
