TFD crews respond to fire that damaged multiple, eastside condos

TUCSON, Ariz. — The Tucson Fire Department responded to a fire involving multiple condos Tuesday evening on the eastside.

TFD crews reported smoke and flames coming from the area of 1900 block of north Camino Serna.

TFD said crews could see smoke and flames coming from a window of a multi-story housing unit.

Crews were able to access the front door to extinguish the fire.

Crews were able to search the condo to determine no on was inside, according to TFD.

TFD said the fire was contained within 31minutes of arrival.

Red Cross was called for two adults.

TFD said a dog in the condo next door was evacuated and returned to it's owners.

There were no injuries reported.
