The Tucson Department of Transportation is offering free sand bags to the public starting July, 17.
According to Michael Graham with TDOT, free self-serve sand bags will be available at Hi Corbett Field starting at 5 p.m. along the third base side of the field in the parking lot.
Each party will need to bring their own shovel and can fill up to ten bags.
