Sierra Vista police arrested 28-year-old James Nobles on Monday for inappropriately texting two juvenile girls, according to a news release.
Nobles arrest was following an investigation by the Special Operations Bureau.
SVPD says earlier on Monday they received a report that Nobles was texting two juvenile girls, ages 16 and 17, with inappropriate messages.
Police say the investigation revealed that Nobles' communication with the 17-year-old victim was sexual in nature and that the communications he had with the 16-year-old victim was sexual in nature as well, including a request for photographs.
SVPD says during the investigation they discovered that Nobles had sent a sexually explicit photo to the 17-year-old victim and he had made plans to meet with her in order to engage in sexual contact.
Nobles has been charged with two counts of aggravated luring a minor and two counts of luring a minor.
He is currently being held at the Cochise County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
