State officials are back in Federal Court this week continuing the legal battle against a 2010 law targeting ethnic studies in public schools.

Tucson Unified School District's Mexican-American studies program was shut down and as a result starting student protests.

Some TUSD students say the law was discriminatory.

Arizona attorneys argue that the program created a racial divide.

Former Arizona schools chief Tom Horne is scheduled to testify tomorrow in the case against the law.
