Thousands of shoppers are taking advantage of Black Friday deals this holiday season.

91% percent of shoppers are shopping in stores rather than online, according to an ICSCsurvey

This is projected to be the busiest year with a 3.3 percent sales increase from last year's holiday season.

Holiday shoppers are projected to spend an average of $683.90.

Many shoppers are crossing the border to get in on the deals.

"In Mexico, it never have this price cause for me it is good I wanted a television is better price, the phone is better price, everything I like the prices here," said Olivia Ceniceros, who is from Mexico City.

"We do get a lot of customers coming up from Nogales looking at laptops, TV's, pay as you go phones are really popular," said Eric Placencia, a Best Buy general manager.

On average, 30,000 people from Mexico cross the border from Nogales and spend $22 million each day, helping Pima County's economy, according to Visit Tucson.
