Two people are in custody following a Border Patrol Chase in Rio Rico Tuesday night.
According to Sheriff Tony Estrada, the chase started when Border patrol attempted to stop the driver on Highway 82. The passenger of the vehicle exited the car while it was in motion, and was quickly detained.
The driver of the vehicle continued towards the Pilot Travel Center at I-19 and Ruby Road where he crashed into a gas pump.

The man got out of his car with a rifle and went into the travel center.
The man then came back out without the gun and went back in and hid in a freezer.
The SWAT team found him there and took him into custody.
Neither of the suspects have been identified at this time.
