TUCSON, Ariz. - Pima County is proposing another cut in the property tax rate.
This follows last year's tax rate reduction.
Administrator Chuck Huckelberry submitted his recommended 2020 budget today.

It includes a seven cent reduction in the primary property tax. As well as $26 million in road repairs.
The county is also considering bringing back a special tax to raise another $21 million used to repair unincorporated county roads.
Huckelberry also wants to up the salaries of county staff and the sheriff's department.
