With temperatures in the triple digits, there's not much relief for people who have to work in the heat. Rain, sleet and yes, the summer heat - Mailmen in Southern Arizona still delivers.

While they use their vehicles to get around, they don't have any air conditioning. The vehicles are equipped with just a fan and windows that roll down.
United State Postal Service mailman, Jorge Aranda says, "Staying safe is key."
"Stay hydrated, seek the shade and wear little towels to stay nice and cool during the day."
The towels are drenched in water, placed on your neck underneath your shirt.
"Wearing long sleeves works because once you sweat the breeze hits and it cools you down."
