TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson Police Department have found the missing vulnerable adult man safe.
Police identified the man as 25-year-old Hal Ridley.
Police say off-duty officer found Ridley at the Tucson Mall and they were able to take him home.
Ridley was last seen in the area of 308 West Glenn Street around noon Monday.
Police say Ridley is described as a black male, 5'05", 250lb. Last seen wearing a black sweater, red plaid shirt and jeans."
Police say Ridley functions at a 12-year-old age level.
