UPDATE: TPD says Maliyah Gomez has been located and she is safe.
The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing- 15-year-old girl.
According to TPD, Maliyah Gomez was last seen at Desert View High School around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
She is described as 5'3'', 115 pounds with brown curly hair and glasses.
She is wearing a black shirt, black or grey pants, black shoes, and a teal backpack with polka dots.
TPD says she functions at a much younger age.
