TUCSON, Ariz.- Tucson Police negotiated with a car burglary suspect on Wedneday night, near Kolb, between Speedway Boulevard and Broadway Boulevard.
Police responded to a victim's call of a man attempting to break into his car.
Tucson Police said the victim confronted the suspect with a rock, and the suspect got into his own vehicle to leave the scene.
TPD says the victim blocked the suspect's car and called 911.
The suspect came out of his car after some negotiations, and police are working to clear the scene.
