Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating a crash on the north side that sent one person to the hospital on Sunday morning around 11 a.m.
Deputy Allerton with PCSD said the person is critically injured.
It was a two-car collision at the intersection of River Rd. and La Cañada Dr. between a sedan and mini-van.
The intersection was not closed as a result of the crash, but there are lane restrictions.
