TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A suspicious death that occurred earlier this month has now been ruled a homicide, following results of an autopsy, according to Pima County Sheriff's Department.
On Dec. 19, deputies responded to the 16400 block of Avenida Del Oro. When they arrived they found 72-year-old Robert Behl dead with obvious signs of trauma.
On Monday, Deputy Ryan Inglett said an autopsy revealed Behl died from a gunshot wound.
Homicide detectives took over the investigation after deputies deemed his death as suspicious.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
