Westbound Congress at I-10 and southbound Frontage at I-10 and Congress have reopened after a single vehicle serious injury collision, according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a spokeswoman for the Tucson Police Department.
Bay says the driver, an adult woman, is in stable condition.
