TUCSON, Ariz. - A property owner in the North Dodge neighborhood is trying to establish an official neighborhood association.
Frances Garcia told KGUN9 she wants to see a neighborhood she owns a home in and frequents often, thrive and she thinks she can do it through a neighborhood association.
Garcia said the North Dodge neighborhood association dissolved years ago.
She added she'd love to see changes in the neighborhood ranging from keeping the streets free from trash, and overgrown grass. She added she would also like to see crime in the neighborhood reduced as well.
