The Pima County Health Department wants to make it easier for you to get help with mental health and substance abuse issues.
It just released a new website called "Pima Helpline."
It's kind of like a directory for health care resources. For example, if you live in Tucson and need help with alcohol addiction, you can find a list of nearby resources.
Mark Person is a program manager with the health department and says they want to help people who may be afraid to seek help. He says they know a lot of people don't get the help they need because of the stigma surrounding health issues.
The website does not include every resource in Southern Arizona, but Person hopes more will eventually join.
According to a recent report, alcohol abuse is one of the top health concerns in Pima County.
