TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A civilian by the name of Motorcycle Santa is donating $10,000 to strangers this holiday season.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department say Motorcycle Santa has paid it forward for the past few years, handing out $10,000 of his own money in the spirit of helping citizens in need.
This year he is unable to ride the motorcycle, so he asked the Pima County Sheriff's office for help. On Wednesday, PCSD handed out the money for him.
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said, "he is just doing this out of the kindness of his heart, because he can and also because he wants to."
There is a lot of people out there who need help, said Sheriff Nanos.
The Motorcycle Santa is requesting to remain anonymous throughout his campaign.
