More Pima County sheriff deputies and corrections officers are jumping into a lawsuit over pay. The number -- now reaching 118.
In February, four deputies filed the half-million dollar claim against the county over the Step Program.
The decade-old program promised annual raises, but attorney Steve Portell tells KGUN9 the boosts in pay never happened. The county faces breach of contract and failing to act in good faith.
The attorney says the claim amount could swell to more than 10 million dollars.
