Tucson voters will decide in November whether or not to give the mayor and city council a pay raise.
That vote will be on the general election ballot.
The proposal would bump the mayor's salary from $42,000 to $69,300.
Council member's salaries would jump from $15,000 to $39,600.
Both of those are 65% raises.
The mayor and city council have not received a raise since 1999.
