TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) Jambalaya, live music and beads for everyone -- Hotel Congress held a Mardi Gras celebration on Tuesday.
David Slutes, the entertainment and booking director for the hotel, says this is the first time they have held a big official ceremony.
There was also a King Cake, the self-proclaimed biggest King Cake in Arizona. Executive chef Anthony Coluci said it took two days to make and they had to bake it in separate ovens.
