Looking for work? Here are some Tucson Job fairs to help

With the City of Tucson's unemployment rate at 4.4% - there is some good news for people looking for a job. 

Job fairs are being held at different locations throughout the city. 

But before you head to an interview, here are a few things you should know. 

  • Invest your time in get your resume ready.. 
  • Research the employers and know the skills and experience the company values. 
  • Plan your attire

C3 connect at 1150 W. Drexel Road is looking to fill 2,400 positions within the next six months. Paying recruits up to $14 an hour. 

Manny Silva, Director of Tucson locations says, "We have extensive growth with our three sites looking into getting new people in and grow our culture here within the Tucson community."

Looking for employers who are passionate about their job and helping customers. 

For the first time in 30 years the first ever hotel will be built in Downtown which opens in the fall. 

AC Tucson Hotel by Marriott is looking to employ up to 50 people. 

  • Supervisors
  • Front desk
  • Bar staff
  • Engineers
  • Housekeepers. 

The job fair will be held on July 12th at the Rialto Theatre, 318 E. Congress Street from 4 p.m. To 7 p.m.

On July 15th, AAA is looking to fill 100 jobs by the end of 2017.
