A local company is making an important dream come true for one family.

In May, KGUN9 introduced you to the Caruso Family after they were chosen to have their backyard renovated.

The once cluttered backyard now has swings, a slide and a BBQ area for the family to enjoy.

The family has had a rough three years as their youngest daughter, Baby Willow has congenital heart disease.

In her short 3 years of life the little warrior has already received a heart implant and undergone three heart surgeries with more in the near future.

Baby Willow has other issues, including vision problems.

Her illness often causes isolation because the family fears germs can make her sick.

"We were trying to be upbeat, see the positive side but after you get hit so many times it's really, really hard," says mother, Kelly Caruso.

Kelly says, "this backyard was so important to let them be kids, have fun and since it's been completed they haven't stopped playing."

The company, All Terrain Landscape Creations held a backyard makeover contest and they chose the Caruso's. They started working on the backyard in September after the hot Southern Arizona summer.

The company planted a Desert willow tree and Olive tree for the sisters.

"This gives them a fresh opportunity to have the children enjoy the yard and the family to enjoy as well. That's ultimately all terrains goal to provide smiles," says president of All Terrain Landscape Creations, David Ormsby.

And it has to everyone in the Caruso family.
