TUCSON, Ariz. — A Tucson event Saturday to honor the victims of the two mass shootings last week.
Little Anthony's Diner hosted another one of their classic car shows.
Normally these are a chance to enjoy food, music, and cars.
At this event donations were collected for those who've been affected by the tragic events in El Paso and Dayton.
Little Anthony's Diner John Strobeck says "Well, we hope it goes a long way. We hope it does a lot of good things for them. Anything we can do is a good thing. I mean, if we can send them $20 that would be good but we hope to send them a whole lot more than that, of course. A few hundred dollars by raising some money here tonight."
The donations were not only from those attending the event, but also the ones who entered the car show.
