Limit social media use to 30 minutes per day

A new study says limiting yourself to 30-minutes of social media per day will cause significant improvements in well-being.

Scientists had a group of people use social media as they normally would for a week. Then, some of those same people limited themselves to a half-hour per day for three weeks.

At the end of the study, scientists say the people who limited their time were significantly less lonely, depressed, and anxious.
