TUCSON, Ariz. — In 2018, PACC took in over 2,000 bottle babies and orphaned kittens and puppies. So far, this year the shelter has seen 338 kittens.
PACC is looking for committed fosters who can take some litters home.
Interested fosters may attend an orientation class to learn how to care for neonatal kittens and puppies, though the orientation is not mandatory. A brief one-on-one lesson can be provided to anyone who would like to become a foster.
Those interested in fostering can sign up online or visit the shelter in person.
The shelter provides the supplies needed for the care of foster pets.
Donations to Friends of PACC help to purchase critical supplies for orphaned kittens and puppies like bottles, syringes, and formula.
